Before & After with ASCP Graphite

A little post today, sharing a before and after of the table set I have staged for the farmhouse.

When I was choosing what colour I wanted to go with for this makeover I knew I wanted to go black.
So I purchased ASCP in the graphite and the ASCP dark wax.

This would be the first time I used this paint colour, so wasn't sure what to expect.
I  wondered through Pinterest and Google to have a look.
Turned out pretty good, so I am adding my version of a painted project to Internet-land.

Speaking of kitchen...
I am not quite ready to "reveal" the newly renovated kitchen.
I am still styling it and making decisions.

These jars....a sweet score I found out in one of the barns....seven vintage mason jars.
 Aren't they groovy!

These vintage looking cabinet knobs I took down from the kitchen in the new bungalow flip.
That house will be getting a brand new kitchen.
These knobs I though would fit in perfect with the atmosphere of the farmhouse.

To finish up the decor in the kitchen I am looking for a cabinet to go against the wall, where the black clock is currently.  Maybe something in a natural stain.
And a jute rug to go under the table.
Stay tuned!

Let's stay connected, follow me on

  1. It looks great Diane. And what a score finding those aqua mason jars with their zinc rings and glass tops intact!! I have one that I bought at an antique store and dropped the whole thing on the floor. Amazingly the jar didn't break or even crack but the glass lid did. Those knobs are perfect too! Can't wait to see the reveal!
