Dollar Store Painted Pumpkins

I am putting together some early Fall touches around my home.
I was wanting to go white, neutral and natural for this early part of the season.
Only problem is I only had orange faux pumpkins.  I wanted white.
So I took a trip out to The Dollar Tree, and of course that is the only colour they had too.

What's a girl to do...paint them of course!
So I bought a few, along with some paint brushes.
I already had dollar store craft paint at home.
If you have Annie Sloan chalk paint, that works too.
It took a couple of coats, but it had the effect I wanted.

Not bad for a couple of bucks!
I am quite happy with the result.  I painted a few and spread them around the house.
These went on the coffee table inside a wooden tray, with some vintage jars and twigs.
Will be getting an early Fall home tour on the blog soon!
