Easter at the Farmhouse

I have been documenting all my firsts here at the farmhouse.

I moved in here last October, and this will be my first Easter.
I kept the decor in one room, the dining room.  Maybe next year I will venture into the other rooms.

In the china cabinet I added a few Easter jars and bunnies.
I also brought out my pink Royal Albert Serenity china, dishes I have been collecting since I was 17.
Such lovely and elegant fine china, they have stood the test of time in durance and style.

My daughter is traveling all year and has not been home since January.
She is coming home for two weeks over Easter.  Her plane arrives late Easter Monday.
I told her we would celebrate the following weekend, and that I would keep the decor up until then.

Just a few touches here and there.
Breathing Spring into the house.

Happy Easter!
