This Green Earth

Some of the most beautiful things on this earth......are green.

Simple beauty, dressed in green.
Heaven disguised in dirt and earth.

“The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness.”
John Muir

Relax to the water's therapeutic rhythm.

“The earth has music for those who listen.”
George Santayana

Gold doesn't always come in bricks.

“Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in,
where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.”
John Muir

“And then there are the times when the wolves are silent and the moon is howling.”
George Carlin

It all starts with a seed.

“Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

 This is my happy place.

“I like this place and could willingly waste my time in it.”
William Shakespeare

If your looking for me, I'll be in the garden.

“The garden suggests there might be a place where we can meet nature halfway.”
Michael Pollan

“Let us give Nature a chance; she knows her business better than we do.”
Michel de Montaigne

 “For most of history, man has had to fight nature to survive;
in this century he is beginning to realize that, in order to survive, he must protect it.”
Jacques Yves Cousteau
