Last evening I made a few batches of banana muffins, and thought I would share my recipe.
It's pretty simply, easy and quick to make.
3 large bananas (I use thawed bananas from the freezer)
3/4C white sugar
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1 1/2C all purpose flour
1/3C semi melted margarine
Mash bananas. Add sugar and egg.
Add melted margarine.
Add the dry ingredients .
Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 or until golden.
