A Beautiful Day

A Beautiful Park.
A Beautiful Family.

Last week was my Mom's birthday.
On the day of her birthday, it had snowed all day.

Daughter with her Grandmother

 The first winter snow fall.
Flurries all day, the roads were a mess, vehicle accidents everywhere.
I opted to stay at home.

So we decided to get together on Saturday.
What a glorious day it turned out.
Snow was now gone, sunshine and great company!

My self, my daughter and even teenage son (busiest kid on the planet)  met up with Momsy.
When we first picked her up, all of us trying to talk to her at once.....kind of funny really.
We then headed out to the park, but first stop - Timmy's of course.

Us girls, not that hungry, just had a drink, they have their French Vanilla Cappuccino Supreme on sale for $1.
Son had the soup/sandwich combo....his stomach an endless pit!

And then we strolled around the park.

The park is set up with some animals.

These deer were so sweet, not a chance they bite!

We had such a beautiful day.

  1. Hi Diane, you are so lucky to still have your Mother. Looks like you had a great day and outing. That looks like Riverdale Zoo.

  2. Looks like a lot of fun! I love that shot of the train tracks!

  3. Beautiful photos Diane! I love the bridge shot!
