A Broken Daughter

My blog has been quiet these last few days.
My daughter is in the hospital with a broken back.
She was hit by a car while she was walking to the KISS concert last Wednesday, July 6.
Her brother suffered only minor bruises, but is traumatized.

I spend all day and evening with her at the hospital.
While she naps, I get caught up with reading everyone's blog postings....thank God, it keeps my mind from going crazy!!
She is being fitted for her brace.  She should start physiotherpy today.
I am hoping she comes home by at least Thursday.
Pray for my sweet child!

  1. Oh Diane, I am so sorry to hear this news. Wishing your daughter a speedy and full recovery.

  2. Dear Diane, I am so very sorry to hear about your daughter! That is so awful. I will definitely be praying for her. And for you, as a mum, it's so difficult to see your own child 'broken' in a hospital bed. God bless you and your daughter. I wish her healing and strength. Love and hugs, Pamela

  3. Dear Diane,
