A Beautiful Bucket List

I am a beach girl...a decorating girl.....a family girl....a Christmas girl....
I am a this and that girl....
I see so much beauty....
And I have a bucket list.

A bucket list.
And since I have a bazillion things on my bucket list, I thought I would share my list over the next several Sundays.

Let me see.....

I want to own a beautiful manor and live by the sea.
I want my home overlooking a cliff so I can watch the whales frolic in the water.

I want to own a huge yacht so I can sail to any location that begins or ends with Island.

I want to tour where they filmed "Lost" and "Jurassic Park".
I will take my boat there, because of course, I am already sailing around in my big yacht.

I will eat Haagen-Dazs ice cream, and devil the cost!!

I want to see and visit lighthouses.

Each and every single one in Canada and the US.
And what the heck....England, Europe and Australia too!

I want to go back to PEI and fear not the Confederation Bridge again.
The last time I crossed over this bridge, I was so nervous I did not take my eyes off the truck in front of me.
The next time, I will not miss a thing!

I want to see my children achieve their hearts desire!

So my beautiful blog friends, here starts the beginning of my bucket list.
I will post a part of my list every Sunday, so if I lag behind give me a reminder.
Anyone out there that wants to join me on my journey, there will always be tea brewing in my seaside home!

  1. That sounds like a wonderful idea and a great start to your bucket list. I'll be watching for more additions to it. I love those wooden flipflops! Great pictures. Don't worry you really can't see much over the sides of the Confederation Bridge. But, you can sail your yacht right under it instead! :-) Blessings, Pamela

    FEEL THE WATERS’ HEALING

    If you’re stressed and weary
    Try a thing or two:
    Go down to the river,
    Take a friend with you;
Take your shoes and socks off,
    Plunge in twenty toes—
    Feel the waters’ healing
    As the river flows!

I haven't written mine, but it would include a lot of the same things. Add a visit to Vermont in the fall, a trip to Great Britain, a visit to the maritime provinces, New York at Christmas, a year supply of egg nog!!
